I am a 15-year decorated veteran of the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in May 2006.  I found a new career in sales and worked for a company as a supplier to the largest auto manufacturers in the US.  I was quickly promoted to the assistant national sales manager and was part of the company’s rapid growth.  Seeking new challenges, I was picked up by a construction equipment company as a sales representative.  The company owner selected me to be the Director of National Accounts about a year later.  During my tenure, the departmental revenue increased from $5mm in annual sales to over $50mm.  Again, looking for the next challenge, and after talking to a great personal friend and REALTOR®, I embarked on the biggest (and as it worked out, the most rewarding) professional challenge of my life.  I dove headfirst into real estate.  I enjoyed quick success and found a true love for helping my clients find a way to build and store wealth in real estate.  I also found success helping investor clients secure rental properties.  During this time I became a permitted property manager which allowed me to help investors buy the right properties and manage them as well.  Soon I was promoted to the Associate Broker position and then to Managing Broker at a company with over 300 agents.  The experience was invaluable!  Every day was different from the last, some more challenging and others more rewarding but all eye opening in every respect.  I soon set out on my own, and with the extraordinary leadership and dedication of Steven Camargo, Select Properties Group was born!  We experienced nearly immediate success and have attracted amazing real estate professionals from all over the Las Vegas Valley.
