We handle every maintenance call and coordinate with preferred vendors to get the job done right, at a reasonable price. If it’s going to be a larger ticket item, we will run the cost by you before the work is done. NO MORE SURPRISES!
We provide complete transparency. Both owners and tenants can access our online portals anytime, day or night. Tenants can pay rent, submit maintenance requests and view their lease. Owners can view statements, ledgers, invoices and more.
The right tenant makes all the difference. Every application goes through our screening process, which includes criminal background checks, credit & eviction records, and financial verification to protect you and help avoid vacancies.
Early detection of issues saves you money. Property Inspections are conducted at the beginning of all lease terms and every six months during the term of the lease to identify any issues that may need attention to prevent future owner expenses.
If your rental property is subject to HOA regulations, we’ll help keep you compliant. We’ll communicate with the tenants to ensure that any and all HOA violations are resolved and ensure your home respects all relevant restrictions.
One less thing for you to worry about each month. Our team handles all rent collection and late notices on your behalf, with earnings disbursed in a timely manner.

We will never charge you a Set-up Fee or Administration Fee. We don’t believe in charging you a fee just to hire us.
NO MARKETING FEES
We will never charge you to advertise your property, unless you specifically request a special media choice outside our vast array.
NO VACANT PROPERTY FEES
We will never charge you a Management Fee when your property is vacant. It is our responsibility to keep your property rented.
NO MAINTENANCE SURCHARGES
We will never pad, overcharge, or add any surcharges for maintenance services. You pay the vendor’s actual invoiced price.
NO ANNUAL FEES
We will never charge you an Annual Fee. Our continuing services are based on our performance, not how much you pay us.
NO LEASE RENEWAL FEES
We will never charge you a Lease Renewal Fee to keep a current tenant. It is both our advantage to keep tenants long term.
